The National Weather Service office in Shreveport LA will conduct a storm survey today for the area near New Boston and Texarkana in Bowie County Texas. The survey is in relation to the severe thunderstorms that moved through the area during the evening of May 24th, 2024. A final assessment including results of the survey are expected to be completed and transmitted via a Public Information Statement by late this afternoon or evening.
