...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN CADDO PARISH...
MARION...SOUTHEASTERN CASS AND NORTHEASTERN HARRISON COUNTIES THROUGH
1045 AM CDT...

At 1005 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Berea, or 20 miles north of Marshall, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Vivian, Jefferson, Rodessa, Karnack, Lodi, Woodlawn, Smithland,
McLeod, Berea, Kildare, Gray, Fairview, Avinger, Uncertain, Lassater,
and Pruett.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
