            Corrects previous flash flood report from 1
            SSE Palmer. Emergency managers reported that
            PR-191, right by El Yunque Treehouse in
            Mameyes 2, was completely impassable.
            Emergency managers were waiting for flood
            waters to subside so they could reach people
            trapped, but secure, in that area. The USGS
            river sensor in Rio Mameyes 10 minutes prior
            measured 8.90 ft of water levels.
