northcentral Oklahoma. Movement was to the northeast at around 15

quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of one quarter to one half
of an inch. Coverage, and intensity increased during the last hour.
The Tulsa area forecast for late this morning and early this
afternoon, partly sunny, showers likely and a chance of
