affect eastern Oklahoma mainly north of I40. They were moving
northeast at 20 mph The rain developed or moved into the area during
the last hour The Tulsa area forecast for late this morning and into
this afternoon, partly sunny, slight a chance of showers and
thunderstorms with temperatures 71 to 80 degrees and southeast winds
5 to 10 mph.
