Franklin counties in Arkansas. Movement was slowly to the north at 5
to 10 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was around
one tenth of an inch with maximum amounts of one half to three
quarters of an inch. Intensity decreased during the last hour. The
Tulsa area forecast for this morning, cloudy, a chance of showers
and thunderstorms with temperatures 66 to 71 degrees and southeast
winds up to 5 mph.
