heavy rain mostly in Sebastian county in Arkansas. Movement was to
the east at around 25 mph. The average amount where it rained last
hour was around one quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of an
inch and a half to two inches. Intensity decreased during the last
hour. The Tulsa area forecast for late tonight, partly cloudy,
temperatures 62 to 69 degrees with northeast winds up to 5 mph.
