counties in Arkansas. Movement was slowly to the northeast at 5 to
10 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was around one
tenth of an inch with maximum amounts of one half to three quarters
of an inch. Coverage, and intensity increased during the last hour.
The Tulsa area forecast for late this morning and into this
afternoon, cloudy, a chance of showers and thunderstorms with
temperatures 67 to 72 degrees and southeast winds 5 to 10 mph.
