heavy rain mainly in Craig, Ottawa and Nowata counties in Oklahoma
and Franklin county in Arkansas. Movement was slowly to the
northeast at 5 to 10 mph. The average amount where it rained last
hour was around one tenth of an inch with maximum amounts of an inch
to an inch and a half. Intensity decreased during the last hour. The
Tulsa area forecast for early this morning, cloudy, a chance of
showers and thunderstorms with temperatures 65 to 67 degrees and
southeast winds up to 5 mph.
