mainly light showers mostly in Carroll and Madison counties in
Arkansas. Movement was to the east at around 15 mph. Radar estimated
precipitation amounts were less than a tenth of an inch last hour.
Coverage decreased during the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for
late tonight, mostly cloudy, a slight chance of showers with
temperatures 65 to 69 degrees and southeast winds up to 5 mph.
