showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain mostly in Madison,
Carroll and Washington counties in Arkansas. The precipitation was
in the Bentonville, Rogers and Fayetteville area. Movement was to
the southeast at around 20 mph. The average amount where it rained
last hour was one tenth to one quarter of an inch with maximum
amounts of an inch to an inch and a half. Coverage, and intensity
increased during the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for
overnight, partly cloudy, temperatures 65 to 69 degrees with north
winds up to 5 mph shifting to the west.
