* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Neosho River near Commerce.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, minor lowland flooding occurs. Low lying
  areas in Riverview Park experience minor flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:30 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 14.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is currently near its forecast crest of
    14.6 feet and is expected to begin falling after midnight.
  - Action stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
