...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 345 PM MDT
FOR SOUTHEASTERN MEADE AND CENTRAL PENNINGTON COUNTIES...

At 333 PM MDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 4 miles east of Elm Springs to 2 miles northeast of
Owanka to 4 miles northeast of Railroad Buttes, moving southeast at
45 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

These storms will affect Elm Springs and Owanka.

This includes Interstate 90 in South Dakota between Mile Markers 62
and 97.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Wind damage with these storms will occur before any rain or
lightning. Do not wait for the sound of thunder before taking cover.
SEEK SHELTER IMMEDIATELY inside a sturdy structure and stay away from
windows.
