157 FZHW52 PHFO 100102 SRFHFO Surf Zone Forecast for Hawaii National Weather Service Honolulu HI 302 PM HST Sun Jun 9 2024 .DISCUSSION...Surf along south-facing shores will peak during the next 24 hours, reaching the advisory threshold tonight through Monday. A downward trend is anticipated Tuesday through midweek. A fresh long- period south swell is expected to arrive Thursday night into Friday, then peak late Friday into Saturday. Surf along north- facing shores will remain up slightly through the first half of the week as small north to north- northwest pulses move through. A return of summertime conditions is expected along north facing shores later in the week. Surf along east facing shores will trend up by midweek as the trades become established locally and upstream across the eastern Pacific.
