.DISCUSSION...

Chances for showers and thunderstorms will increase to around 30
percent and push eastward into parts of eastern South Dakota and
west central Minnesota overnight tonight through Sunday morning, as
a trough of low pressure nears from the west. Sunday afternoon and
evening will bring increasing chances for precipitation (especially
east of the James River), and a slight risk of severe weather, or
level 2 on a scale of 5. All severe weather hazards will be
possible, including damaging winds, large hail, and tornadoes.
