North Carolina, central Virginia, east central Virginia, eastern
Virginia, north central Virginia, south central Virginia and
southeast Virginia.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

A prolonged period of hot weather is expected through this coming
weekend into next Monday. Heat index values of above 100 degrees
will be common this weekend, with heat index readings approaching 105
on Sunday. These type of heat index values may be dangerous to those
outdoors.
