This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Texas and Oklahoma
Panhandles.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Very hot temperatures once again for Palo Duro Canyon this afternoon
into the evening. A Heat Advisory has been issued for Palo Duro
Canyon from 12 PM to 8 PM.

Rain showers and thunderstorms this afternoon and evening can
produce strong to severe downburst winds. Large hail may also
occur with severe thunderstorms as well.

Tonight and MCS may bring another round of gusty winds to the OK
panhandle.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Thunderstorms are will continue to occur in the panhandles through
Tuesday with a few of them capable of becoming severe. Winds and
hail will be the main threats from the severe thunderstorms.

High moisture and slow storm motion on Sunday and Monday will
allow heavy rainfall to take place that can lead to flooding or
flash flooding.
