This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Texas and Oklahoma
Panhandles.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

A Heat Advisory has been issued for the Palo Duro Canyon effective
from 11 AM to 10 PM today. Temperatures up to 105 degrees are
expected today. Additionally, thunderstorms are possible for the
Oklahoma Panhandle and the northern Texas Panhandle later this
afternoon through tonight. Some storms could become severe with
damaging winds and some large hail as the primary hazards.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Thunderstorms will be possible across the Panhandles perhaps all
the way till Tuesday. Some storms this weekend could also be
severe, but Monday onward there is less certainty. Heat will
continue to remain a concern as well, but no products are active
past Friday at this time.
