.SYNOPSIS...A moderate pressure gradient persists over the Lower
Texas coast as high pressure extends from Florida to the southwest
Gulf of Mexico. Moderate to fresh southeast winds and moderate to
occasionally high seas will be the norm for much of the forecast.
