* At 110 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 12 nm east of
  Hunting Island Reef, or 15 nm southwest of Edisto Offshore Reef,
  moving northeast at 40 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 35 knots or greater and large hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves. Large hail could result in
           structural damage.
