* At 923 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 10 nm northwest of Saint Helena Sound to 8 nm west
  of Stono Inshore Reef, moving southeast at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 35 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
