* Until 515 AM EDT.

* At 430 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Kiawah Reef to 8 nm north of Edisto Offshore
  Reef, moving northeast at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 35 knots or greater and small hail.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
