* Until 1130 AM EDT.

* At 924 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Savannah
  River Entrance, moving northeast at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 35 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar. At 922 AM EDT, the Weatherflow site on the south
           end of Tybee Island measured a 38 knot wind gust.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
