...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 3 AM EDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 3 AM EDT early this morning for a
portion of north central Ohio, including the following areas, Marion
and Morrow. A Flood Warning remains in effect for Southern Morrow
County until 6 AM where residual flooding impacts are possible.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
