Search site and General Ely Forecast - A stray lingering shower or two (20% chance) through about 7 AM, with conditions then turning dry for most of the day. Can`t rule out some isolated showers again this evening into early tonight, but chances are only around 20-30%. Additional rainfall amounts look minimal, on the order of only a few hundredths. Light southwest winds this morning increase to around 10 mph this afternoon with gusts of 15 to 18 mph at times. Temperatures remain mild, with lows in the upper 50s this morning warming to the low 70s today and then dropping back to around 50 degrees tonight. Off chance (20%) for isolated to widely scattered showers and a thunderstorm or two for a few hours Saturday afternoon. Little additional rain accumulations expected. Similar warm temperatures in the low 70s on Saturday with west-southwesterly winds around 10 mph with gusts into the upper teens Saturday afternoon. Ely Visibility and Ceilings - Brief period of MVFR ceilings through around 8 AM this morning and then improve to VFR for the remainder of today.
