...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT LIVINGSTON AND WASHTENAW COUNTIES
THROUGH 630 PM EDT...

At 524 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Fowlerville to near Stockbridge to
Jackson. Movement was east at 60 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Howell, Chelsea, and Pinckney around 530 PM EDT.
  Brighton, Dexter, and Hamburg around 535 PM EDT.
  Ann Arbor, Manchester, and Whitmore Lake around 540 PM EDT.
  South Lyon and Dixboro around 545 PM EDT.
  Ypsilanti, Saline, and Salem around 550 PM EDT.
  Willis around 600 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by these storms include Pittsfield Township,
Whittaker, Plainfield, Hudson Mills Metropark, Island Lake State
Recreation Area, Bridgewater, Delhi Mills, Pleasant Lake, Barton
Hills, and Pinckney State Recreation Area.

People attending Hamburg Family Fun Fest should seek safe shelter
immediately!

This includes the following highways...
 I-94 between mile markers 155 and 187.
 I-96 between mile markers 125 and 152.
 M-14 between mile markers 1 and 15.
 US-23 between mile markers 28 and 69.
