The Storm Prediction Center has a Marginal risk, level 1 of 5, for both Tuesday and Wednesday, northwest of a Sigourney, Iowa to Dubuque Iowa line. Thursday, there is a Slight Risk, level 2 of 5, for the entire outlook area. Damaging winds are the main threat. In addition, heat index readings may exceed 95 degrees at times late this week, and again Sunday and Monday. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
