...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 930 PM CDT THIS
EVENING FOR NORTHEASTERN COOKE AND NORTHWESTERN GRAYSON COUNTIES...

At 827 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that thunderstorms have ended
across the area. Runoff from earlier rains may still result in
flooding of low lying areas.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other poor
         drainage and low lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Sherman, Pottsboro, Lake Texoma, Preston, Walnut Bend,
  Gordonville, Sherwood Shores, Sandusky, Locust, Dexter and
  Sturgeon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
