Temperatures this morning range from the low 40s western Nebraska
to the low 60s across far southern Missouri. This afternoon,
temperatures are expected to rise into the mid 70s across
northern Missouri to the mid 90s across southwest Kansas. Isolated
to widely scattered strong to severe storms are forecast to
develop across portions of western Kansas and southern Nebraska
and move eastward late this afternoon into this evening. The main
concerns will be large hail and damaging winds with the most
likely tornado threat confined across far southern Kansas into
much of Oklahoma. Storms are expected to quickly move eastward and
increase in coverage tonight across eastern Kansas and into
Missouri. Lows tonight will range from the upper 40s across
eastern Colorado and western Nebraska to the upper 60s across
southeast Kansas and southern Missouri.

Rain and storm chances gradually come to an end Sunday morning,
and much of the region will likely be dry by Sunday afternoon.
Temperatures Sunday afternoon will range from the low 70s across
much of Nebraska, to near 90 across far southern Kansas. Sunday
night, quiet weather is expected, and lows will be in the 40s and
50s across Mid-America.
