High pressure will retreat farther offshore today through the
weekend. Shower and thunderstorm chances will gradually increase
as a cold front moves into the region. Rain chances will remain
elevated into next week with the front stalled in the area.

Wind profile analysis/fire control over flat terrain is Favorable.
