Through noon, a cluster of decaying stratiform rain with some
embedded heavier thunderstorms will continue to move north at near 20
knots over the Outer Gulf waters. The strongest showers are located
northeast of P Tower. Mariners encountering these showers can expect
moderate to heavy rain reducing visibility, gusts between 25 to 30
knots, and occasional lightning strikes.
