This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and north
central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

A few thunderstorms are possible this morning across portions of
north central Nebraska. An isolated strong storm could clip portions
of Boyd and Holt counties.

Temperatures well into the 90s are expected today, with highs near
100 across southwest Nebraska. There will be an increasing threat
for heat related illnesses as temperatures climb this afternoon.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Scattered thunderstorms remain in the forecast at times through the
weekend. There is a risk for a few severe storms on Friday.
The primary hazards are large hail and damaging winds. After
Friday the severe risk is uncertain.
