A light northerly flow is expected to develop on the coastal waters by this morning as a weak cool front slips into the northwest Gulf of Mexico. The front is forecast to meander over the coastal waters into Wednesday before drifting back inland and dissipating...a southerly flow again expected to develop over the region through the remainder of the forecast period.
