Building high pressure north of the area will result in east-
northeast winds gradually strengthening to a fresh breeze through
tonight, and lasting through this weekend. Hazardous conditions may
impact the Gulf Stream waters, owing to elevated winds and building
seas. Quick moving showers and isolated thunderstorms may also
develop and result in locally enhanced winds and seas.
