...HAZARDOUS SEAS WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM PDT
THURSDAY...

* WHAT...For the Gale Warning, north winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts
  up to 45 kt and very steep seas 9 to 14 ft due to a mix of short
  period wind seas at 7 second and west swell at 10 seconds. For
  the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and hazardous seas 9 to
  14 ft at 11 seconds.

* WHERE...For the Gale Warning, beyond 5 NM from shore. For the
  Hazardous Seas Warning, near the shore to about 5 NM.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning and Hazardous Seas Warning, until
  11 AM PDT Thursday. Winds and seas will increase
  this morning, then peak early this afternoon and tonight.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and very steep seas could capsize or
  damage vessels. Bar crossing could become especially hazardous.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid strong winds and very steep
seas. Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or
secure the vessel for severe conditions.

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM PDT
THURSDAY...

* WHAT...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and very
  steep, hazardous seas 7 to 10 ft due to a mix of short period
  wind seas at 7 second and west swell at 10 seconds. For the
  Small Craft Advisory, north winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to
  35 kt and seas 7 to 10 ft at 11 seconds.

* WHERE...For the Small Craft, The waters north of Coos Bay. For
  the Hazardous Seas Warning, the waters between Cape Blanco and
  Coos Bay.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM PDT Thursday. Winds and seas will increase
  this morning, then peak early this afternoon and tonight.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or
  damage vessels. Bar crossings will become especially
  treacherous.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Recreational boaters should remain in port. Commercial vessels
should prepare for very steep seas and consider remaining in port
until conditions improve.
