...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Minnesota...

  Cannon River at Northfield affecting Rice and Dakota Counties.

.Recent rain combined with rainfall today will cause the Cannon
River to rise again to near flood stage Wednesday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY THURSDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Cannon River at Northfield.

* WHEN...Until early Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 897.0 feet, Water backs up into businesses along
  river in downtown Northfield. Riverwalk on west side of town
  begins to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 830 PM CDT Tuesday, the stage was 895.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 897.0
    feet tomorrow evening.
  - Flood stage is 897.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    896.3 feet on 09/06/2018.
