NORTHWESTERN GREENE AND NORTHEASTERN HAMBLEN COUNTIES THROUGH 530 PM EDT... At 439 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Russellville, or 8 miles southwest of Rogersville, moving northeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Rogersville, Surgoinsville, Church Hill, Mosheim, Bulls Gap, Baileyton, McCloud, Romeo, Mooresburg, and St. Clair. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
