.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will persist just S and SE of
the waters tonight into Thu. A cold front will move S over the
region Thu night into Fri, weaken and stall along 40N Fri night,
return N as a warm front Sat into Sat night, and lift N of the
waters early Sun. The next cold front will approach from the W
and NW later Sun and Sun night.
