beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...High pressure centered E of
Hatteras Canyon will continue to drift SE today and tonight while
weakening. A weak warm front draped SE from Cape Henlopen to
34N70W will slowly move N tonight and Thu. The front will then
become stationary N of the waters Thu night. A cold front will
move E across the Appalachians Thu, and will reach the Mid-
Atlantic coast late Thu night. It will pass across the N waters
Fri and the S waters Fri night. It will then become stationary S
of the waters Sat and Sat night before weakening Sun. Another
front will approach the N waters from the W Sun and Sun night.

Hudson Canyon to Baltimore Canyon including the waters west of
39.3N 71.9W...SW to 37.7N 72.9W
