...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 930 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of Middle Tennessee, including the following
  county, Davidson.

* WHEN...Until 930 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 744 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain has fallen
    due to earlier thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already
    occurring in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of
    rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.2 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in a
    continuation of minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Madison, Hendersonville, Lakewood, Old Hickory, Hermitage and
    Green Hill.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
