.DISCUSSION...High pressure will lead to warm and dry conditions.
Humidity values below are representative of the fire site, but
humidity values will be close to 30% in the valley. Expect
diurnally driven winds along the slopes and valleys, especially in
the afternoon. Onshore flow will support favorable overnight
humidity recovery. A weak thermal belt may develop around 2000 ft
early Tuesday morning. On Tuesday, a weak front will push through
the region, but no precipitation is expected. The frontal passage
will lead to increased valley humidity and slightly elevated
winds.
