.DISCUSSION...
Well-above-normal temperatures are anticipated through Friday
with highs reaching 110 degrees each afternoon. An Excessive
Heat Warning remains in effect. Overall wind speeds should remain
at or below 10 mph, however intermittent gusts into the teens will
be possible Thursday afternoon. Winds will shift back out of the
ESE by midnight Friday. MinRH values will remain in the critical
category around 5-12%, with overnight recovery only up to 30%.
