* WHERE...Southwest Bighorn Basin, Southeast Bighorn Basin, Cody
  Foothills, and North Bighorn Basin.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM MDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Low-lying areas are most favored to see
  temperatures around or below freezing.
