...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Missouri...

  James River at Galena affecting Stone County.

For the James River...including Galena, Boaz...Moderate flooding is
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Many flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

The next statement will be issued Monday evening at 845 PM CDT.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...James River at Galena.

* WHEN...Until early Wednesday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 13.1 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late this evening to a crest of 20.0 feet tomorrow morning.
    It will then fall below flood stage early Tuesday morning.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    19.9 feet on 01/31/1982.
