...Observed flooding changed from Minor to Moderate severity for the
following rivers in Louisiana...

  Red Chute Bayou At Sligo affecting Bossier and Bienville Parishes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...Red Chute Bayou at Sligo.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 34.0 feet, Flooding will begin to affect the mobile
  home park in the Sligo community. Preparations should be rushed to
  completion for major flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 34.1 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 29.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:15 PM CDT Wednesday was 34.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is forecast to rise to 34.5 feet by
    Friday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 31.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    34.0 feet on 05/02/2016.
