...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHERN WASHINGTON COUNTY
THROUGH 1115 PM CDT...

At 1023 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 4
miles northeast of Reynolds, Nebraska, moving southeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow
         around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor
         objects and vegetation is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Washington, Hanover, Morrowville, Haddam, Mahaska, and Hollenberg.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 100 AM CDT for
north central Kansas.
