...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties,
  Crawford, Franklin and Sebastian and Oklahoma, including the
  following counties, Choctaw, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore,
  Pittsburg, Pushmataha and Sequoyah.

* WHEN...Through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - A complex of showers and thunderstorms is moving through the
    watch area early this morning. Locally heavy rainfall will
    remain possible with the stronger storms, which may result in
    some flooding issues, especially in areas which have received
    heavy rainfall over the past couple days. Scattered showers
    and thunderstorms may also redevelop in this area later this
    afternoon.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
