Surface high pressure over the area this evening will begin to shift
east into Minnesota and Wisconsin on Monday as a cold front
approaches. This front will be responsible for scattered showers and
thunderstorms across central South Dakota during the early evening
hours. Some of these storms could be strong to severe, with wind
gusts around 60 mph and hail up to quarter size. Hot temperatures are
still anticipated on Wednesday, along with additional chances for
strong to severe storms, although for eastern portions of the
listening area.

Lows tonight will range from the upper 40s to mid 50s. Highs on
Monday will range from the upper 70s to mid 80s.
