  James River from Jamestown to the James River Bridge...
  York River...

At 635 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated showers, capable of producing
winds to around 30 knots. These showers were located along a line
extending from 32 nm northwest of Burwell Bay to 9 nm northwest of
Cobham Bay to near Mobjack Bay, moving east at 35 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel, New Point Comfort, Wolf Trap, Burwell
Bay, Thimble Shoals, Tue Marshes Light, Hampton Flats, The Hump,
Willoughby Bay, Sewells Point, Cabbage Patch, Cape Charles Harbor,
1st Island Bay Bridge, Latimer Shoal, Plantation Light, Mobjack Bay,
Poquoson, Dominion Pier, Cobham Bay, and Kiptopeke Concrete Ships.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
