Strong winds will lessen this evening, with showers also expected
to diminish. Additional shower and thunderstorm chances are then
expected to return overnight tonight into Sunday morning in
eastern Montana and the Dakotas. Look for low temperatures
tonight generally in the 40s with some lower 50s. Sunday will be
warmer, with breezy winds mainly in the southern half of the
region. Shower and thunderstorm chances will increase through the
day. A few strong to severe storms are possible, mainly in South
Dakota and portions of southern North Dakota. Near to below
average temperatures are then expected through next week, with
periodic showers and thunderstorms.
